Return & Refund Policy

At 30+ Ayurveda Clinic, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. By making a payment for consultations or treatments, you agree to the following terms.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed and/or the service has been provided. In cases where the clinic cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, patients may choose to reschedule or request a refund, subject to approval.

If a patient wishes to cancel or reschedule an appointment, the request must be made within the specified time communicated at the time of booking. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee.

Payments made towards treatment plans, therapies, or packages are non-refundable once the treatment has commenced. Any exceptional cases will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of the clinic management.

In the event of any concern, dispute, or dissatisfaction, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussion and understanding, with the aim of achieving a fair and reasonable outcome.

All matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune.
